Database Gremlin (PERMITS)
The BMAA is currently encountering a small technical issue with our database system.
The issue means that WIMPS (Where Is My Paperwork - PERMITS) is not updating as it should do when an application is entered into the system.
Our IT support are currently working to fix the problem, unfortunately we do not know who long it is likely to take.
This is not restricting Permit renewals in anyway, just our communication of each application progress. We politely request that restraint is exercised, where possible, with contacting the office to ask about application status, as naturally this slows down processing.
We thank everyone for their patience whilst this temporary problem is resolved.
