Class D VMC minima change

VMC minima change for vfr flight in class d airspace from 26/03/2020

The alleviation which allowed flight within class D airspace to remain clear of cloud and within sight of the surface ends today. From the 26/03/2020 the EASA rules apply. The difference is that an aircraft flying at or below 3000 ft amsl, no more than 140 knots must remain at least 1500 metres horizontally  and 1000 feet vertically from cloud.
