BMAA Records Officer Richard Meredith-Hardy, who himself is no stranger when it comes to setting world records, maintains the BMAA Records site. It also contains an excellent guide on how to set about making an attempt on a current world record.

To visit the site, click on http://www.flymicro.com/records/.

To download the BMAA Official Observer application form, click here.

To download the BMAA Official Observers Guide, click here. The list of current observers is here.

All aviation world records are ratified by the FAI, the World Air Sports Federation. Their records website is at http://www.fai.org/records.
