Snow 20th December

14 inches of snow fell on Deddington and the surrounding areas on Saturday 18th December. As a result most of the staff have been unable to get to Deddington to man, and woman, the BMAA office. Several tried but were unable to get through the snow, not helped by abandoned cars and a temperature of minus 13 degrees making driving difficult.
A forecast for more snow on Monday afternoon forced those that were in to head for home early laden with project work. Adrian Jones, Tech Office engineer and Deddington resident, will be looking after the office in the absence of other staff members.
Please keep posting Permit and Licence applications and we will deal with them as soon as we are able.
