Fly-UK 2017

Fly-UK 2017

Event type : Fly Out

Event location : 'Somewhere in the Midlands'

Event date : 16-06-2017 - 25-06-2017

This year Fly-UK starts with a Friday evening welcome at a friendly airfield. On Saturday we visit a number of airfields in the south before rounding Land's End. Then along the coast of Wales, through the Lakes and northwards into Scotland. We will fly over the mountains, through the valleys and amongst the Western Isles, and of course there will be an attempt to reach John O'Groats. Our return southwards will be along the East coast and with good weather we expect to reach the finish at a great fly-in - not to be missed. For the more adventurous there may be an opportunity to reach some of the outlying islands such as Orkney, Outer Hebrides, Lunday and Scilly. Home on Sunday. Don't miss the best week of flying this year! From the begginging of April you can register your interest at www.fly-uk.org
